Razor Mortgage LLC is a Mortgage Broker located in the upstate New York Region. Razor Mortgage was founded in 2004 by Jacques E. Laubert. As an innovative and independent mortgage broker it is our position that we can offer the best service, great rates and communication second to none! As the mortgage world continues to evolve we have stayed on the forefront of these changes and understand how to get mortgages accomplished in today’s ever changing environment. With a staff of experienced professionals that includes some of the most seasoned veterans in the area we understand the intricacies and details required to place a mortgage. As short as a year ago many mortgage consultants were spoiled with the ease of “push a button” you are “approved”. This is no longer the case. Banks have tightened up who they will lend to and more importantly the “surcharges” associated with lending to those that do not fit into the “ever shrinking” premium box. Using innovative and outside the box thinking we have found that many customers that were given quotes elsewhere either were placed in the wrong program or declined whereas we found that with coaching a guidance we could get them a mortgage at affordable STABLE FIXED rates.
